Who is responsible

MONJUNKIE S.R.L. (VAT ID RO45198286), which operates Etalon Systems, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at contact@etalon.systems.

Contact form

When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, your company (optional), your email address, what you need help with and your message. We use this only to reply to you.

The message is delivered to us by email through Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Email Service in the eu-central-1 region (Frankfurt). The website does not store your message. The function that handles the form writes logs that record only whether sending worked, never what you wrote. We keep those logs for 14 days.

We keep the email we receive for as long as needed to answer you and to handle any follow-up work.

Analytics

We measure visits with Plausible Analytics, provided by Plausible Insights OÜ and hosted in the EU. Plausible does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device. To count unique visitors it turns your IP address and browser user agent into an anonymous hash that changes every day. Neither is stored in readable form. The script is served from our own domain.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use browser storage that needs consent. For that reason there is no cookie banner.

Hosting

The website is hosted on AWS (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront). Our hosting provider processes technical request data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy of your data, and you can object to processing. To use any of these rights, write to us at contact@etalon.systems. You can also complain to your national data protection authority. In Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
