About Etalon

An étalon is a reference standard—the artifact other measurements calibrate against. We build that for platform teams: observability on AWS you own, with signal that survives reorgs and renewals, not another rented dashboard pack.
We specialize in LGTM on AWS (Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir), OpenTelemetry-first pipelines, and GitOps, Terraform, and runbooks your on-call can trust. Work is done by senior engineers in Bucharest with years of production migrations—not a bench learning the stack on your statement of work.
