About us
Etalon Systems is a Bucharest-based consultancy for observability and AWS platform engineering. We help small and mid-size engineering teams in SaaS, energy, industrial IoT and building tech.
Between us we have over 15 years of experience in infrastructure and observability work.
How we work
Remote-first, European time zone
We work remotely and keep hours that overlap with teams across Europe.
Senior engineers do the work
The engineers you talk to are the engineers who do the work. There are no handoffs between sales and delivery.
Open-source tools
We build on Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, Prometheus and OpenTelemetry, and we run them on AWS.
